Rajwadi didn’t begin as a business plan. It began with uncertainty, long days, sleepless nights, and endless conversations about food, home, and purpose. Starting a pure vegetarian Gujarati restaurant in Cambridge, Ontario, came with challenges, self-doubt, and moments where giving up felt easier. What kept us going was our friendship and our shared belief in honest food.

We missed home-style Gujarati meals — food that feels comforting, familiar, and deeply emotional. We believed that many people searching for an authentic Gujarati restaurant near them or a reliable vegetarian tiffin service felt the same way.

One of us brings heart and emotion, the other brings discipline and consistency — and together, we built Rajwadi – Pure Vegetarian Gujarati Restaurant slowly, thoughtfully, and with care. Every recipe is tested, every detail matters, and every meal is something we would proudly serve to our own family.
